Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Open the .xlsx in Excel or upload it to Google Sheets (File > Import > Upload). Excel 2019 or newer is needed for Excel.

Was AI used to make it?

Yes. It was made with AI help: AI tools helped write the code that builds the files and the wording. The formulas were recalculated and checked before listing.

Where should I buy it?

Either shop. Etsy and Payhip sell the same file at the same listed price.
