Lunar New Year 2027 begins on Saturday, February 6, 2027, welcoming the Year of the Goat. The Lantern Festival follows on February 20. It is celebrated as Chinese Spring Festival, Korean Seollal, Vietnamese Tết and in many communities worldwide, each with its own customs.
Share it respectfully
Invite families who celebrate to share their traditions, avoid stereotypes, and note that customs differ between cultures and families.
