How do you split an artist alley table fairly?

Add up every shared cost (table fee, badges, hotel, gas, parking, shared display), then split it by how much each person uses. This calculator lets you split evenly or by share (for example one person takes two-thirds of the table).

Who pays for costs only one person used?

Keep personal costs out of the shared pot. Enter only shared costs here, then each tablemate tracks their own stock and sales separately.

What if one person paid the whole table fee up front?

Enter what each person already paid. The calculator shows who owes whom, so the person who paid up front gets paid back.
